Hi, I’m Anna Meehan, LCSW.

I’m a mental health therapist and neurofeedback practitioner who is passionate about supporting adults who struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, and want to reconnect with their authentic selves. My work is informed by my own ongoing commitment to healing codependent patterns and learning to care for my inner child with compassion. I believe that when we begin honoring our needs, emotions, and intuition, meaningful change becomes possible.

Outside the office, you’ll often find me piddling around the barn with my horses, snuggling my dogs, hiking in the mountains, or immersed in something creative—making jewelry and stained glass, taking photos, cooking, writing, or tending to my ever-growing plant collection.

“Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.”
